What Does a Substitute Teacher Do?

Key Responsibilities
- Lesson Delivery: Follow provided lesson plans and deliver engaging, effective instruction

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required
- Valid state teaching credential, substitute permit, or emergency credential

- Flexibility to work in various grade levels and subject areas
- Reliable transportation to different school locations
- Must pass background check, fingerprinting, and TB test
- Availability to accept assignments (day-of, short-notice, or pre-scheduled)

Assignment Types
